Terms of service

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern the use of the CWW platform by clinics, their staff, partner pharmacies, and patients who book through a clinic’s public page.

1. The service

  • CWW provides online booking, queue management, visit documentation, prescription handoff to partner pharmacies, reminders and reporting for clinics.
  • CWW is an operations tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; clinical decisions remain entirely with the healthcare professional.

2. Accounts

  • Clinic accounts are created by the clinic owner; staff join by invitation only.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and invitation links confidential and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and trial

  • Clinic plans are monthly (Basic, Pro, Premium) with a 30-day trial of the selected plan; there is no permanent free clinic plan.
  • Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no data is deleted on cancellation.
  • The pharmacy partner portal is free.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another clinic’s data, probe security, or automate abusive traffic.
  • Enter only data you are entitled to process; obtain patient consent where required by your local rules.

5. Data

  • Each clinic owns its data. CWW processes it to provide the service as described in the Privacy policy.
  • Pharmacies receive only what a doctor explicitly sends them.

6. Availability and changes

  • CWW aims for high availability but is provided “as is” during the pilot; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
  • Features may evolve; material changes to these terms are communicated to clinic owners.

7. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, CWW is not liable for indirect damages or for clinical outcomes; the clinic remains responsible for patient care.

8. Governing law

  • Governing law and dispute venue will be specified after legal review (placeholder — to be completed before public launch).
