Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients book from a normal web link on any phone — no app store, no account, no password.
Does CWW work in Arabic?
CWW is Arabic-first: the whole product works right-to-left in Arabic, with full English support one tap away.
Is CWW only for dental clinics?
No. CWW is specialty-neutral — dental, general medicine, dermatology, pediatrics, and more.
What happens when my trial ends — and how do I pay?
Basic and Pro start with 30 days free, Premium with 7 — one free trial per account, no payment details. When the trial ends you keep full access for 7 more days of grace; if no payment is verified by then, the workspace becomes read-only — nothing is ever deleted. You pay for 30 days at a time (Whish Money, verified by CWW); there is no automatic charge, and CWW reminds you 2 days and 1 day before a trial ends (3 days and 1 day before a paid period ends).
Can another clinic see my patients?
Never. Each clinic's data is isolated at the database level, and this isolation is covered by automated security tests.
