Password resets are handed over as a private one-time link — here is how to get yours.

Reset by email is not enabled on this CWW installation yet.

Nothing is sent from here — no pretend emails. Use one of the assisted routes below; each gives you a private link that works once.

How to get a reset link

  • Reception, managers and doctors: ask the clinic owner or manager. From Staff they generate a one-time link and hand it to you in person or on WhatsApp.
  • Doctors who sign in with a phone number always use this route — no SMS is sent.
  • Clinic owners and pharmacies: contact CWW support; the platform team generates your link after confirming who you are.

Every link works once, expires after 60 minutes, and signs out every other session of the account once used.
